All of our rooms are non-smoking.
Children of 12 years of age and below sharing a room using existing bedding can stay for free, up to maximum occupancy of 2 adults and 2 children/ infant.
Yes, baby cot is available in the hotel as an on-request item and there will be no additional charge. Please email us for reserving one for your stay.
We have rooms accessible by wheelchair, which includes roll-in showers, wheelchair accessible sink and grab rails. The rooms are accessible via elevator. Please contact us directly to make reservation.
We try our best to accommodate all special requests as special requests are subject to availability.
Yes, we do. You can select the interconnecting rooms category when you make reservation online through our website.
Booking for promotional rates is strictly non-refundable.
For Best Flexible Rate, cancellation up to 3 days prior to arrival date is free, whereas cancellation within 3 days to arrival date will incur 100% of the total accommodation fee.

Due to COVID-19, we have applied the following changes to offer maximum flexibility for travelling in these uncertain times:
For guests with existing individual reservations made prior to March 18, 2020 for any future arrival date, changes or cancellations are allowed up to 24 hours prior to arrival.
For guests making new individual reservations for any future arrival date between now and November 30, 2020, changes or cancellations are allowed at no charge up to 24 hours prior to scheduled arrival date.
You can make payment via cash or credit card.
For reservation through our website, email or telephone, a valid credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation.
We accept Visa and Mastercard.
We accept advance payment via credit card or bank transfer. Please contact us for further assistance.
We accept group booking. Please contact our reservation team for exclusive group pricing and availability.
Security deposit is refundable and is required upon check-in in case of incidentals.

Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 PM.
Early check-in and late check-out is subject to availability based on our occupancy levels for the day and extra charges may be incurred.
Our friendly reception team are available 24 hours to assist you with your every need.
Guest room amenities include free WiFi, in-room safe, air-conditioner, LCD television, mini refrigerator, fresh towels & toiletries, tea & coffee making facilities. Hairdryer, dental kit and ironing facilities are available on request in certain room types.
You may store your valuables in the in-room safe provided.
We are located in the heart of Chinatown, a popular local destination and food haven. From hipster cafes to old temples, there are plenty to explore and discover. If you are a self-proclaimed foodie like us, then you don’t want to miss visiting this part of the town! There are a variety of transportation company providing transport at the airport to the hotel area. From the hotel, taxis, buses, and Light Rail Transit transport are easily accessible. Our receptionist are happy to assist you in arranging your transportation needs.
Car park is located at the hotel basement and parking is on a first come, first serve basis. A discounted flat rate fee of MYR 5.00 per car per room per entry is applicable to registered hotel guest.
Unfortunately animals are not allowed in the hotel.

Yes, we provide rollaway beds for certain room types. Rollaway beds are subject to availability upon check-in with additional charge.

We are happy to accept parcels and packages on your behalf. Please inform reception in advance.

At the moment we do not offer laundry services.

Buffet breakfast is served every day from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM in Chinaz Cafe at level 1.
We offer Asian and Continental breakfasts.
Chinaz Cafe is open from 8:00 AM to 10:30 AM daily serving buffet breakfast.
Please let our staff know if you have any special dietary requirements and our kitchen staff will prepare your breakfast accordingly.
